Users receiving blank "Stay signed in to all your apps" dialogue

We have been seeing an increasing number of users who are receiving this message when authenticating to the AVD environment.
User opens the AVD client (remote desktop; v 1.2.4582.0 (x64), get prompted to MFA, they get the number, approve it, then the blank dialogue appears). They close the dialogue and get prompted to re-auth again with MFA - endless cycle.
Environment is Windows 11, HAADJ with passwordless MFA (MS Authenticator).
We have tried a multitude of tactics to try and resolve this:
- sign out of all sessions
- unenroll and reenroll client to HAAD
We are now at a loss as to how to resolve this.
