Application Insights' details.ParsedStack always has line set to 0

Exceptions logged through Microsoft.ApplicationInsights.TelemetryClient.TrackException all have line set to 0 in parsedStack property. This makes it really hard to debug failures.

We are using microsoft.applicationinsights version 2.14.0 (netstandard2.0)
