Custom Translator - Model training running for more than 5 days

Hi,

I started a model training last week and the training is still running. I don’t think this is normal. How can I cancel this training and start again?

@Llorens, Albert It is not normal to have the model run training for such a long time. I think in your case, the process might be in hung status. Could you report the details of your run through an azure support case so the service team can look at your training request and cancel it before you retry the training? Azure support case can be created from azure portal using Help + Support blade from the portal.

Ensure you have the following details in your Azure support case:

Workspace ID: Can be found from URL of the above screenshot

Project ID: Can be found from URL of the above screenshot
Model ID: Click on the model to get the ID or use the model name

URL: Click on the model name and use the URL that loads
