Hello,
I would recommend utilizing PowerShell scripts in conjunction with the Windows Task Scheduler for automated printer queue monitoring and email notifications, especially when you're not logged in.

Hi All,
I am looking at using Print Management (printmanagement.msc) for monitoring my printer queues on my print servers.
I have setup custom filters on all my print servers that sends an email when a printer is anything but 'Ready' & has more than 1 print job waiting. The email notification works, BUT only when I am logged in & have Print Management open.
How can I have Print Management send these notifications when I am not logged in?
Thanks,
GC.
