No puedo guardar un libro en excel

• Does this issue occur with all Excel workbooks or just specific workbooks?
• Could you please explain more information about "let me bite the save option".
  Are the Save button and Save As button greyed out? Or do you mean there is any error message prompted after clicking Save?

If all workbooks have this issue, you may following the stpes below to have a check.

• Cclick Excel, check whether there is any option about activation. If the application is activated, the option would disapper.
• Update your Office for Mac to the lateste version.
• Refer to the answer in this similar thread "Unable to save in Excel 16.26 for Mac" to reactivate your Office.

If the issue juest persists on specific workbooks,

• Copy the data to a new blank workbooks.
