    Hi @Дмитрий Богданов,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A!

What is the project? Do you have the assembly ‘System.Data.Common’ referenced in your project?

Please check if the installed ‘System.Data.Common’ package version is 7.0.0.0.

You can update your VS to the latest version and try again.

By the way, if it persists, please edit the error message into English, which will help us conduct the issue further research. Thanks for your understanding.

    Sincerely,

    Anna
