Wallpaper set but displays a black background - Intune iOS 17.0.3

We're seeing an issue on iOS intune (iPad ios version 17.0.3)

When we're deploying a company wallpaper it'll allow us to save the changed and apply the profile but when it deploys to the iPad it's showing a black background rather than the company wallpaper.

    1,May we know how many iPad devices are facing this issue, all of them or only some? Do iPhone devices work well?

    2,Please make sure the iPad devices get the wallpaper profile. And the wallpaper image is in a supported format, such as .png, .jpg, or .jpeg. Be sure the file size is less than 750 KB.

    3,You can experience unexpected behavior when a profile with no image is assigned to devices with an existing image. For example, you create a profile without an image. This profile is assigned to devices that already have an image. In this scenario, the image may change to the device default, or the original image may stay on the device. This behavior is controlled and limited by Apple's MDM platform.
