Visio Professional 2021 Not Printing to Scale on 8.5x11

This question pertains to Visio Professional 2021 Version 2309 Build 16.0.16827.20166 64-bit

Visio will not print to scale on 8.5x11 paper. It reduces the printout put in all dimensions by 1/8". Scaling is set to 1:1 in the application and the printer. There are no issues printing to scale on ARCH A, B, C, D, or E. This seems to only occur on 8.5x11 print output. What is the fix for this?
