The diagnostics suggest that no action is required from our side, yet service interruption has surpassed the 15 min.

Has anyone phased the same issue recently?

    John Papadopoulos Greetings!

AFAIK, I haven't seen any planned maintainace on IoT Hub. Looks like specific to your IoT Hub.

The Service Health portal tracks four types of health events that may impact your resources:

    1. Service issues - Problems in the Azure services that affect you right now.
    2. Planned maintenance - Upcoming maintenance that can affect the availability of your services in the future.
    3. Health advisories - Changes in Azure services that require your attention. Examples include deprecation of Azure features or upgrade requirements (e.g upgrade to a supported PHP framework).
    4. Security advisories - Security related notifications or violations that may affect the availability of your Azure services.

I would suggest you, please check the Service Health portal for more details about this issue.

You can also check the status of IoT Hub and other services by region worldwide, view the Azure status page.

If that doesn't help, For a deeper investigation and immediate assistance on this issue, please file a support request @ https://aka.ms/azsupt?
