I use Defender and Intune to do this, send me a print so I can see how you did it
ASR Exclusions don't seem to work
TAGS are horrible with Microsoft Q and A so don't even say I put it in the wrong area... just don't... :)
I'm working on ASR rule specific exclusions. They don't seem to work. I'm following procedure by reading reports in Security center and adding exclusions to the rules.
I am setting policy to WARN instead of Block.
Users are still blocked, Warn does not Warn.
The exclusions can be seen on the system using Get-MPPreference.
What am I missing with ASR Rules? Why aren't exclusions working?

2024-01-04T19:47:23.95+00:00 I had to contact MS support. There was an issue with a version of Defender that made exclusions not work. I had to wait get updates to resolve the problem.
