@Vinod Survase, Thanks for posting in Q&A. For the policy, it is used to determine the number of failed sign-in attempts that will cause a user account to be locked.
Actually, this is not controlled by Intune. For on-premise domain user account, you can configure the policy in GPO. For Microsoft Entra user (Azure AD user), you can configure Microsoft Entra smart lockout value to control this. Here is a link for your reference:
