Can't add new Users on Corporate-owned fully managed device.

Hi everyone

We have a Android 10 Tablet that without Intune enrolled you have the Option to Add new Users.

We want to enroll this Device and use it as "Multi Users Device".

When we enroll this Device through "Corporate-owned fully managed device", this option disappear.

We have also check on the our Device Restrictions and set as per Guide (https://video2.skills-academy.com/en-us/mem/intune/configuration/device-restrictions-android-for-work#users...) the Option to "Add new users" to "not configure", but the option still disappear.

Interesting is that if I search in to the Settings for "New Users", he give me a "link" to his point, but when click on it, bring you to the "Settings\Account and BackUp\Users" where principally this Option is, but it is not there :(

Who anyone have an Idea....?

    Hi @Crystal-MSFT , I have bad news :(

    I have a Case by MS and they tell me that according to the "AE Full Manage" Documentation this is not working per default.

    as we can see here, this setup is only for one user

    It look like the option to Add new Users thought Device Configuration is a "mistake" and she will clarify this with the Intune Team.
    Also to check if there is an option that cover our propose, I am sure we are not the only with this "Problem"/ necessity.

    Yes, that's exactly what happen but, we use/ want to use "Add new Users" and not "Add new Account".

    Normally you have under Users and Backup, this Three Options:

    Wen want to add a new User profile (Like in Windows), so that other People can login and use his Outlook, OneDrive ect... and according the "Users" Options should be that one right?

    please correct me if I am gwrong.

    But after enroll the Device on Intune, the Option to Add new Users disappear and look like this:

    It disappear completely, normally without enroll look like this:

    and we can Add new users, but this way I use the Device as "Android device administrator" and that's what we don't want any more.
    Maybe I am doing something wrong, I don't know :(
