Hello Team,

In our project involving Azure Digital Twins for vibration calculations of Motor Pumps, we're encountering an issue with the refresh rate of data visualization in the 3D model. The data isn't updating as expected. Could anyone provide suggestions or ideas to help us rectify this problem?

Your expertise is greatly appreciated!

Warm regards,

Meryln

    Hello @Meryln Peter ,

welcome to this moderated Azure community forum.

The default refresh rate of Azure Digital Twins 3D Scenes Studio is 10 seconds:

The default refresh rate of the 3D scene viewer starts at 10 seconds for fewer than 100 twins. It increases as the number of twins increases, at a rate of about one second for every 10 twins.

If you need more control over updating a visual (3D) representation of your twins, you need to consider building your own application.

I'm not sure what your update rate is. But I expect the ADT graph itself to be updated correctly.

You can check this by enabling the Twin history feature and comparing it with the raw data ingested by the IoT Hub and stored in the same Azure Data Explorer.
