Problem restarting Cloud Service Extended Support after probably a failed deployment

The cloud service extended support stopped responding during deployment. In the deploy I tried to upgrade to .NET 4.8.1 with an rollout script which is now available on the Microsoft site. My question is how to force a shutdown of the Cloud service VM, so I can rollback to my previous deployment and get the service online
