O365 Address book separately

We have O365 Tenant for an address book(email,team) of each of branches(8) under same tenant.

Currently branches can search an address book under tenant. We need restricted search an address book each branches of internal only but root of an address book can search all branches under tenant. How can I implement and configure ? Please advise me Thank in advance

Do note that ABPs do not prevent user communication, if a user knows the email address of another user, they can still contact them. If you need to restrict that as well, you will need to configure transport rules that block messages sent between different branches.

I do not need block them to send the message but they can manual insert the email address . I just need them to restricted search cross an address book only.

Then implementing ABPs as mentioned earlier should be enough to meet your requirements : )
