  1. if I open outlook desktop app it'll keep asking for a inlog name, while it was working before. If I fill in the inlog credentials I get this error code. User's image
  2. Same issue with Excel and Word and other office applications
  3. I can acces and browse but I cannot save file to one drive with this account either

I've already talked to my sytem administrotor. He says my email adres still has the same 365 license as it had before and nothing changed in the account settings.

If I log on in the browser to microsoft 365 with the same credentials it works perfectly fine.

Reinstalling Office 365 setup did not fix the issue.

Can you please help?

Kind regards

    Hi,

Did you install other version of Office in the same PC before?

I suggest you try this method to remove the cached Office account identities from the registry:

    1.    Start Registry Editor.

    2.    Locate the following registry subkey:

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\Identity

    3.    Right-click Identity, and then select Delete

Then re-start Office application and check if this issue is still existed.

Just checking in to see if the information was helpful. Please let us know if you would like further assistance.
