Azure IoT device not logging data from on-premise server

Our two IoT devices in Azure IoT hub are fetching data from different IoT servers at different locations in manufacturing sites. One device is fetching data from three sites, but only data from one site is logged in the data lake. We've tried new emitters, endpoints, and refreshed the pipeline, but still can't resolve the issue. We can view the data on our local system (On-premise), and the other IoT device is healthy. Can someone help with a resolution? Thank you.

Regards,

Satish
