I created A TXT Record In Azure DNS Zone(48 hours back),
But It is not updated globally for Verification.
I Purchased SSL in GoDaddy, I need to verify domain Through DNS Record, whenever I try for DNS verification from GoDaddy it fails.
I attached screenshot of DNS Records.
Please give me suggestions

Are you saying that you've purchased an SSL certificate for an azure.com subdomain?
You don't have ownership of this domain, and verification will not therefore happen.
You need to purchase your own custom domain, eg. www.informech.com and then configure DNS for it in order to verify for an SSL certificate.
