How to sign in Admin account?

I'm the admin of my company account but I can't sign in since I've changed my phone.

All the signing in information on Authentication app has been removed, so I can't sign it.

I even have not registered other method of signing it. (phone number, etc)

Would you please help me to figure out this issue?

    Sounds like you'll need the account admins to reset the account so a new QR code can be generated with which you can relink the authentication device to your account.
