Problems with Windows 11 after logging in with a card

Hi,

I have a strange problem in Windows 11. In my organisation we use smart cards to log in to AD account. When user will log in using smart card then:

• remote desktop freezes when computer try established connection with annother computer,
• computer don't have a communication with camera and microphone,
• Windows Security don't show box to enter PIN to Wi-Fi network,
• some services don't start, for exmaple - Windows Search.

When user will log in using password, everythnig works fine.

Problems occur only in computers which have clean installation Windows 11. In computers which use Windows 11 after upgrade from Windows 10 - everythnig works fine.

It's looks like Windows 11 in clean installation in defaults don't have some feature or service which occurs default in Windows 10.

Any ideas?
