Something went wrong [1001]

Hi 365 team and everyone,

please help me to find out the cause or solution why appear a problem ( something went wrong [1001] )

Temporary, i can fixed the problem by restart the computer or sign out account user and sign in again it is ok but This error will repeat after few days later , that really bad. i received a lot of complain from end-user by this error

Can you guys help me to fix this problem thoroughly
