No connection between cloud and corporate network

Last night our ExpressRoute circuit to MPLS failed and we can no longer talk from our VMs in Azure to our on-prem servers and vice versa. The Resource Health page indicates something is wrong with the peering, but we haven't made any changes since the circuit was set up - I don't know when this was, but I'm assuming it was over a year ago. According to Microsoft, all Azure services are up and running. We have tried modifying the peering in our Azure environment to no effect. We have also checked with our ISP and confirmed the problem does not exist on their end.

What's very strange is that none of our servers in the cloud can talk to each other. While that sounds like a separate issue, I suspect they are related.

If there is any VM present in the network, can you try and view the effective routes and validate that no rogue route is affecting this connectivity.

You can also perform a packet capture for in-depth troubleshooting. Thanks
