What are exactly the differences between the three error codes?

    In general, the 429 error codes in Azure Translator represent the same error, which is that the client has exceeded the request limits set by Azure Translator; https://video2.skills-academy.com/en-us/azure/ai-services/translator/reference/v3-0-reference#errors

    However, as we know there are limits to each request and limits based on which Translator pricing tier the customer is subscribed might produce slightly different errors based on this: https://video2.skills-academy.com/azure/ai-services/translator/service-limits
