Cloud Service (Extended) stuck in Creating Provisioning state

Hi everyone,

I am new to Azure cloud. Earlier today I created & deploy a new Cloud Service (Extended) instance, however it has been stuck in Creating state for more than 3 hours by far:

While all hardware status seem to be normal:

    Is there a specific need to utilize Cloud Service (Extended)? If not I recommend trying to create a VM in Azure Resource Manager,

    Let me know if you have some requirements to use Cloud Services Extended. If you are still facing errors please let me know the image and version you are trying to deploy and I will be happy to help you further.
