Azure Communication Services user management

I am reviewing ACS(Azure Communication Services) for our chat / video call feature and noticed that they don't provide a gui management for registered users.

What should I do with this Identity management where I want to restrict certain user who is already registered?

Any idea or guide me to the right document link?

@Hyounwoo Sung Thank you for your question. After discussion with the product group, they shared that users will need to code their application to handle user identity management at this time.

They did express that this is a good idea and they would look into it further but they have nothing else to share at this time. If you have specific concerns or feedback regarding this feature, they invite you to share it on their GitHub channel.

When I test their Hero group call example(https://video2.skills-academy.com/en-us/azure/communication-services/Samples/calling-hero-sample), anonymous users were able to join the call and I want to know how I can tack their communicationUserId where we will need that id in order to revoke access token or remove from the communication services.

Also I want to know how to implement the flow that the anonymous user has to get permission before they can join the call.

My last question is that if I failed to tracking the user's communicationUserId so I couldn't remove them, will their communicationUserId stay in the system permanent?

You will need to map the communication user ID to an identity on your platform and track it that way. We think a list API as you suggested is a good idea, but we don't have support for that yet.

There is an 'ExpiresOn' field in the the REST response: https://video2.skills-academy.com/en-us/rest/api/communication/communicationidentity/issuetoken that will tell you when the token expires. If you lose track of a user identity mapping, you can always rotate the keys through the management SDKs or portal, this will cause all existing tokens to become invalid.
