As mentioned in the description of these types in the screenshot, the Typical installation installs the Service Fabric runtime and common SDK components that are required for most development scenarios.
The Custom installation allows you to select which components to install. You can choose to install only the components that you need for your development scenario.
The Complete installation installs all the Service Fabric SDK components, including the runtime, common SDK, and additional tools and samples.
