New Visio Plan 2 install unstable. Constant freeze

Visio new installation on Windows 11 Surface freezing. When you choose File, the system freezes, and must be killed in Task Manager.

Completely removed Microsoft 365, reinstalled. Same issue.

    Welcome to Q&A community.

    Does this issue occur with all Visio files that new created and created before?

    Besides, how did you install Visio application? Generally, you may go to Microsoft My Account > Apps & devices, download and install it.

    Currently, I suggest you click following buttons without opening any files: File > Account > Update Now, then update it to the latest one.

    Then try to click File > Options > Advanced > General section > File Locations, check whether you have changed the default paths.

    You may also go to Event Viewer > Windows Logs > Applications, check if there is any related record. If so, please share us with more information, such as the error module.
