Dear I am having trouble performing an exchange peering with microsoft. I have made the configuration according to the documents found in the azure portal and I have the connection in the ProvisioningFailed state. Can someone help me with this?

Actually what I am needing to do is a two-way peering with Microsoft. You may not label the query category well.
