How to fix Windows Server Backup error on Windows Server 2019

I am trying to perform a backup using Windows Server Backup on Windows 2019 server that is the primary (single) domain controller. It was installed on an older Dell server, and from what I can tell has some of the Dell partitions that come along on a primary drive. When trying to execute a full backup or custom with system state, bare metal it gives an error that it cannot backup because of the partitions are not NTFS. Which based on the view in drive management, I can see one is FAT32, and then there is an OEM and Recovery partition with no format listed. Inside of disk mgmt, there are no options for these three partitions as far as assigning a drive letter, etc. That led me to diskpart, which can see all the partitions, but I'm uncertain if I remove or change them what could occur. Somewhat of catch 22 in that I need a backup, but I can't get one to happen. disk mgmt

    Hi,

    The first partition is used to store the boot loader and the last partition is for the WinRE and drivers which help to restore the operating system to factory defaults. Since it's a Dell server you'd better check with Dell.
