Dictate not enabled in desktop word

I have just seen that my Word did not have dictate within the ribbon, so clicked around a few links and saw that i needed to have a 365 account, and have enabled this in office intelligent services.

I have a 365 account for business, and have signed in with that account via the File/switch account (i noticed i was still signed in under an old employers email - so have now switched this my 365 business email account).

Despite me being signed in to this 365 email address, there is still no option for the office intelligent services function.

I have gone online and used word through the 365 web interface - and dictate is enabled there - but not in the desktop version that starts up on my PC.

How do i get the dictate function enabled on the desktop version. Do i need to reinstall word, or something - is it still mixing me up with an old account?

    What version of Windows system did you use?

    Did you have installed other Office in the same PC before?

    I suggest you check the status of Office license in PC, please follow these steps:
    Search CMD, right-click the Command Prompt and run as administrator. Then copy and paste the command, click Enter at last:
    cscript.exe "%ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Office\Office16\ospp.vbs" /dstatus

    If you are running 32-bit Office on a 64-bit operating system:
    cscript.exe "%ProgramFiles(x86)%\Microsoft Office\Office16\ospp.vbs" /dstatus

    If you can find other Office product keys in list, try to remove them by typing the following command with the Last 5 characters of installed product key (I replace it with XXXXX, but what you type in is what you see on your computer) in this interface:
    cscript.exe "%ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Office\Office16\ospp.vbs" /unpkey:XXXXX

    If the 32bit version of Office installed on a 64bit operation, run the following command:
    cscript.exe "%ProgramFiles(x86)%\Microsoft Office\Office16\ospp.vbs" /unpkey:XXXXX
