We designed system in ODK and Captures GPS Cordinates with the time of the satelite as 2023-11-22T5:56:50.104+03:00.
On extraction in Powerbi using the API(Odata feed)it brings the error below
OLE DB or ODBC error: [DataSource.Error] OData: Cannot convert the literal '2023-11-22T5:56:50.104+03:00' to the expected type 'Edm.DateTimeOffset
Where is the data stored in? In Azure Data Explorer?
I expect the GPS emitted the data as UTC? How is it converted into a certain timezone?

The time is ambiguous. Is it AM or PM? If it's AM then add a zero before the (hour) five. If it's PM change the hour from 5 to 17
