Hello,

One user has a problem with their license.

Or rather, he cannot open the mailbox and the mailbox cannot be created. He is assigned an Office 365 Small Business license (I also tried removing this license and assigning Bussness Basic).

In Microsoft Entra and Office 365 I see the assigned license, and I can also see it through PowerShell.

In one article written

"AmbientAuthenticationInPrivateModesEnabled value is changed from 1 to 0 under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Edge which fixed the issue"

I don’t know how this is connected and this key is not in the system. And it not works.

I tried it on different systems, in different browsers and in incognito mode.

    Is it normal for other users who have been assigned an Office 365 Small Business license to open their mailboxes?

    Also have you checked "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Edge"? It may exist in CURRENT_USER.

    I found information about "AmbientAuthenticationInPrivateModesEnabled" with values 0 and 1 for your reference.

To rule out that this is not a coincidence, if possible, could you test it on a different user and try the same steps to assign him an Office 365 Small Business license.
