No "other user" option when log in

On some end user computers, I can't find the "other user" login option on my remote connection. But when the end users login with their own user account, then sign out, the "other user" login option appears. Strange behavior. What is making such a difference?

    Maybe fast user switching being disabled that is causing the issue. You could try the GPO or the regedit tweak. Refer to:
