ESUs free of charge on AzureStackHCI 22H2?

Hi.

I'm digging through the documents but can not find concrete answer.

When I took this article serious they are only free in 23H2 which is sill in preview!

Can anyone shed some official light on this?

    Hi,

    ESUs are still included with Azure Stack HCI 22H2 so long as you are using Azure Benefits.

    Starting in 23H2, Azure Benefits is now called Azure Verification for VMs. Azure Verification for VMs uses a new attestation process which is enabled by default in 23H2. The original attestation method used by Azure Benefits in 22H2 is now referred to as 'legacy OS support' which can also be enabled in 23H2.
