How to batch translate word documents without technical skills

As a business professional, I have a few hundred non-English documents that I need to batch translate. While it's easy to translate documents individually through Word, it will take me weeks to get through them all. I've tried Azure but I'm not comfortable with blob storage, SDK, and downloading python. Is there a simpler solution that doesn't require technical skills? I don't need a customized translator, just a way to quickly translate these documents. If Azure is not the right option, what third party resource (preferably microsoft) would you recommend?

Sorry, it seems the hub has been deprecated and everything became extension of Azure Translator, could you please check on below process to see if that is kind of 'techless' to you? It only needs you to set up the workflow with no coding -

    https://github.com/balakreshnan/Samples2021/blob/main/DocumentTranslation/Doctranslation.md

    https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/ai-machine-learning-blog/azure-ai-document-translation-batch/ba-p/2903708

And the official way, as your requirement, is need to code a little bit but I still want to post it here since the code sample is clear for your reference -

Other tools you may want to consider -

    1. Google Translate Document Feature: Google Translate offers a feature where you can upload documents and have them translated. However, it might not be suitable for hundreds of documents as it only allows one document to be translated at a time.
    2. Third-party Software: There are several third-party tools that offer batch translation services. You might want to check out software like Pairaphrase, Systran, or SDL Trados. These are professional translation software that supports batch processing.
Another option is to use a third-party translation service such as Gengo or One Hour Translation. These services allow you to upload your documents and have them translated by professional translators. While these services may be more expensive than using the Microsoft Translator Hub, they may provide higher quality translations.

Regardless of which option you choose, it is important to ensure that you have the necessary permissions to translate the documents and that you are complying with any relevant data protection regulations.

    I hope this helps.

    Regards,

    Yutong
