How do I link a Microsoft Forms to Outlook so that the output is submitted in an organized manner in the body of the email when a response is submitted

I am trying to link a Microsoft forms with outlook so that when a response in Microsoft forms is submitted, the output is sent to my email in an organized way. As of right now I am able to get the response output, however it is coming in as raw data which is not very useful. I was wondering if anyone knows how to do this or if it is even possible?
