If you are creating a mail flow rule, simply use the conditions to scope it down to specific mailbox, for example "recipient is xxxx@keyman .com".

    Hi,
Just in addition to michev's answer, here is the steps on how it can be done.

    1. When you create the rule, select "More options"

    2. Then you can see the button "add condition" which you can use to add more than one conditions to the rule

    3. Besides "Apply this rule if the sender's domain is...", you should add "the recipient is ..."to apply the rule to a specific mailbox instead of all mailboxes in your environment.
