How to fix Circular Dependency was Detected

I want to use the group function within power-bi to group multiple items to one category.

But whenever I do that I get this error below.

The code where I think the error is in is this:

Item Group Code = CALCULATE(MIN('Production Orders Lines'[Item Group Code]),'Production Orders Lines'[Line No.] = 10000,USERELATIONSHIP('Production Orders'[Prod. Order No.], 'Production Orders Lines'[Prod. Order No.]))
