Hi

I am trying to compile what an IT consultant/ Advisor needs to know in a Modern Workplace in Microsoft 365:

Include:

  • Office 365
  • SharePoint/OneDrive for Business
  • Power Apps

Security:

  • Security Microsoft Defender for Endpoint - Best Practices
  • Conditional Access (MFA)
  • Compliance Settings
  • Defender 365
  • Policies
  • Enterprise Mobility and Security

Operation:

  • Application Packeges + Updates Win32, Winget, PatchMyPC)
  • Windows Updates, Autopatch, Windows Update for Business (WuFB)
  • Onboarding on devices with Autopilot - Windows, Jamf Connect - MAC and Mobils
  • Azure Storage

Something I have forgot ?
