Update Sharepoint list via a command in Teams Chat

Dear Community,

i am the owner of a larger list that several people are working on. When an entry is completed, everyone writes it briefly in a shared Teams chat and then approves the list entry manually.

I would like to post a command in my Teams chat which is called ID:100_Approved, for example, and which sets this entry in the list to approved.

In the best case scenario, there will also be a feedback like --> ID 100 has been approved.

is that possible? if yes, how?
