Hello There,
I want to block only USB pen drive and other storage devices only from Intune. but the same time i want to access my other USB devices like keyboard, mouse, headphones etc.
Please help!

Thanks for your reply, but i am bit confuse here, when i read the policy its saying when you enable the policy then write access will disabled. but if you keep disable or not configured user can write the data. as per you document you have disabled. please see the below message for reference.
It will be really good if you could clear my confusion.

If you want to only block USB drives, you should set Removable Disk Deny Write Access Enabled and then the USB drives cannot write access on targeted device.
