AD FS behavior from domain-joined computer

AD FS is present in an environment for SSO into various supported sites/apps once a user authenticates to the AD FS site - if a user logs into active directory on a computer joined to the same domain that AD FS uses for its claim provider, then opens a site or app that would use AD FS to authenticate, then does the user get automatically authenticated to AD FS behind the scenes via the integrated Windows auth? Or would the user still be presented with the AD FS logon page to provide AD credentials to (even though he/she is already logged into the computer and domain with those same credentials)?

Thanks for the info!

Jon
