Facing a List Threshold Issues.

Hi ,

I've been facing an Two distinct issue on sharepoint O365.Its a approval system application,

  1. We Build the Approval system with sharepoint designer workflow 2013.and created a task list for that. Now Its "Exceeding Threshold issue".So that our Workflow status showing the issue

But from the Task List Its Showing up all List items.How to retrive the workflow status for currently suspended and for the furthers.

  1. From those approvals Hierarchy,we code to approving by group users (passing group Id) and Individual user in web part.for group user It did approved correctly and Individual user they can't approve.

i have doubted in, is that above 2nd issue also cause by even threshold or related to group permissions.

Now the system went completely down 'cause of workflow issue .

Can anyone suggest how to defend the threshold issue in our List.

    You should configure a view that displays less than 5000 items and make it the default view. And you can also try adding indexes to the task list. See this article for more details: Manage large lists and libraries.
