Hello! My organization is using Microsoft Intune to support employees personal mobile devices. When users enroll using the "company portal" app they are supposed to automatically have a wi-fi policy pushed to their device when enrolled in device management, however this is not happening for two of our users. When we go into intune and check all of the various group and device assignments, intune shows that they users accounts are in the proper groups and should be receiving the policy in question however they are not. I have attached screenshots of what I see for my device under the device configuration tab in intune and what is showing for the users in question... We initially thought the issue was with the users devices however one of them just got a brand new iPhone 15 and is having the same issue on the new phone as he was on his old phone.

Any thoughts on what could be causing this policy install error for these users?

(For reference both users are on the iOS platform and the issue is happening on both their iPhones and iPads.)

    @Garrison Stribling,Thanks for posting in Q&A.

    From your description, I know that you encounter an issue that two of the users cannot automatically get wi-fi policy after enrollment.

    To clarify this issue, here are some steps you can refer.

    1.Unenroll the problematical devices and create a new group with the two problematical users.

    2.Assign the wi-fi policy and re-enroll the device using company portal.

    3.Check whether the devices can receive the wi-fi policy automatically.

    Please try above information, if there is any update, feel free to let me know.
