On 31st August 2024, support for Azure Automation Change Tracking & Inventory with LA agent will end. The offering is dependent on the LA agent which will also deprecate the same day. Before that date, please migrate to the new version of solution based on Azure Monitoring Agent (AMA)

We have one Automation Account for a few subscriptions. When I try to migrate Change Tracking on the Azure portal, I can't change the subscription on the Onboarding to Change Tracking with Azure Monitoring agent page. I can only migrate VMs that are in the same subscription as the Automation Account. How to get around this?

Is there no chance to migrate Change Tracking to the same Log Analytics workspace?
