Openning page link outside onenote errors

I've created a link to a Onenote page,and then I pasted the link to MS word、the web application of workflowy, and onenote itself, as I click the link in onenote, it will direct me to the target page, while when I click those links in MS word and workflowy, it will always open the onenote but respond me with this warning： We couldn't open that location. It might not exist or you might not have permission to open it." Then I copied the link back to onenote, the link still works well.

I can not imagine that onenote link even does not work in MS word, maybe there is something wrong with my PC settings, can anybody provide me with some help and solutions, I have searched on the internet, but found no similar issues as I had, or maybe I have tried the wrong search key words.

Plus, my pc working language is Chinese, I have fond maybe it is the source of trouble, when I creat a test notebook which there is no Chinese characters in the path and page names, the link works well both in word and web.

I can work around this issue by replacing the Chinese characters in the path and page names, but I would like ask is there any solution that can really address this issue

I worked on window 10 OS, and my onenote version is 2019 plus desktop.

    Could you please tell us where do you store your notebooks, local folder or cloud (Such as OneDrive)?

    Please go to File > Infor > Notebook Information, find your notebook and share us with its path. Please note, if there is any important information, you may cover part of it.

    Besides, please place the mouse arrow over the link, check the path shown in Word.

    I also suggest you select the page that you need, right-click it, choose "Move or Copy", try to copy it to other sections or notebooks.

    I stored the onenote notebook on my local harddisk

    I have two notebooks now, there is Chinese characters in the file path of "mynotebook", so whenever I copy any of its page links into MS word or web application and then click on it, it will respond with error info.

    So I created the notebook named "testbook" for test, no Chinese characters there in file path, the copied page link will works well in MS word or web application, there is another requirement as well: no Chinese characters in the page names.

    I can work around this issue by replacing the Chinese characters in the path and page names, but I would like ask is there any solution that can really address this issue, many thanks!
