I have MDT setup for a years now and it has worked fine.
I install Win 11 through it I have several application packages and some custom items in my task sequence and everything has ran fine for years.
Yesterday while trying to deploy a new laptop (same model as we already use) It fails instantly on "Installing OS"
I am not entirely sure how to get all of the logs but this is what I see in the SMSTS log
Executing Command Line: cscript.exe "%SCRIPTROOT%\LTiApply.wsf".........
Process completed with exit code 424.......
Could not find CCM install folder. Don't use ccmerrors.dll....
I have searched the internet and tried many things but I cannot get any host to build. I checked and the MDT server has not had any updates since the issue appears.
ask any questions and I will answer them as best as I can.
I've seen other posts on the internet of people with the same issue but never and resolution.

Are you using MDT integrated with SCCM together? MDT doesn't support Windows 11 and Windows Server 2022 operating systems. It's recommended to use SCCM to deploy Windows 11 to client computers. Refer to:

No we aren't using SCCM and never will. the server is a 2012 R2 (slated to go to 2016 or 2019 soon)

I have tried adding another OS image and I still get the same error.
I also tried creating a new Deployment share. I went out and got the drivers, Downloaded the Windows 10 22H2 media creation tool
created an ISO. then took the install.ESD and used DISM command to get the install.WIM file
That is my OS file. Thats how I've been doing it for 4 years now. and pretty much every win 11 laptop has been deployed using this method.
I create a new task sequence and set my drivers. Applications, and a few custom tasks at the end after application install to set a power configuration.
I have also updated the MDT software on my server to the latest version.
What could I be missing. This worked fine before last week. Nothing had changed. No windows updates.

Any chance you have any idea what is causing this or a fix for it. That would be helpful I have scowered the internet for solutions.
