Install edge 2016 in coexistence with 2019

Hello all

so I'm trying to find the steps to take to install edge 2019 to coexist with edge 2016 servers

 

environment:

3 Exchange 2016 Servers

2 Edge 2016 servers in DMZ

 

Customer wants same environment in azure with exchange 2019

Goal is to create same environment in azure with exchange 2019  and decommission 2016 with minimal impact on production

 

Wat are the steps to take after installing the new 2019 edges

    Hi @Omar,

    After the new Exchange 2019 edge server is installed successfully, you can export and import the certificate from the current edge server to install it on the new edge server.

    Then introduce this new server to Active Directory and mailbox servers following the guide in Edge Subscription.
