SharePoint 2019 Customized Site is not displaying correctly

I've copied over a Site Collection from one SharePoint Server to another SharePoint Server. All the Master Gallery content copied over successfully, but the page is not displaying the format that it should. I noticed that when I went to the Web Server Extensions folder there was only the 14 folder and the 16 folder, but in the .html and master page file, the 15 folder was referenced. Could this be the reason why the page is not rendering correctly? The Virtual Directories on the new server look like this. Does this mean the /15/ is redirected to /16/ folder?

Whether you copy site collection from SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint 2019 or from SharePoint 2019 to SharePoint 2019?

What is the method did you use to copy site collection? And the page is classic page or modern page?

Hi Emily,

I used ShareGate and it was 2019 to 2019, but the Source may have been upgraded from 2013 or 2016 (that I am not sure).

If the original source is from SharePoint 2013 or 2016, the customized codes may be affected.

You could use Save site as template to copy site collection.

You can save a site collection as a template and it would have all the branding and subsites?

Yes, when use Save site as template, remember to click include contents.

UPDATE: The issue with the branding not showing correctly was the alternate access mappings were not set as they should be.
