Can't see Storage Accounts in Storage Explorer

I login to Azure with the same account and I see my storage accounts, but they refuse to load in Storage Explorer

    As you have already confirmed you are having the same account you can check if you have a stable and active internet connection. Network issues can sometimes affect the ability of Storage Explorer to connect to your Azure subscription.

    Also make sure you are using the latest version of Azure Storage Explorer. Outdated versions may have compatibility issues.

    lastly Try closing and reopening Azure Storage Explorer. Sometimes, restarting the application can resolve connectivity issues.

    • Do you get any error message? If so can you please share the screenshot?
    • Is this happening for the particular storage account or for all storage account?

    If you are unable to load your storage accounts in Storage Explorer, there could be several reasons why this is happening. Here are some things you can check to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Check if you have the latest version of Storage Explorer installed. Make sure that you have the latest version of Storage Explorer installed on your machine. You can download the latest version from here
    2. Try clearing the cache in Storage Explorer. You can clear the cache by going to the Help menu and selecting "Clear Cache".
